Grounds for expansion of all-out cooperation between the two countries are well prepared, Zarif said.

Iran has played a very active role in dealing with drug trafficking to Europe and has incurred heavy financial losses and casualties for this purpose, Zarif said.

The Norwegian foreign minister, for his part, referred to his meetings with Iranian officials during his stay in Iran and underlined Tehran's prominent role in the region.
