Representative of Malta at Eurovision 2012 Kurt Calleja had his rehearsal at Baku Crystal Hall stage. The singer will perform in the second semi-final with the song 'This Is The Night'.
Kurt Calleja participated as an honored guest in the final of Azerbaijani selection of Eurovision, was a guest of the national channels. Then at home, he met with the Azerbaijani participant of Eurovision 2012, Sabina Babayeva, who arrived in Malta as part of her promo.
Calleja revealed his plans after the Eurovision 2012. Together with the authors of the song "This Is The Night", he is going to present a new composition, as well as to implement a joint project with the winner of Eurovision 2011, Eldar Gasimov, by filming the clip.
The 57th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in the Baku Crystal Hall near State Flag Square. The semi-finals will be held in Baku on May 22 and May 24 and the final on May 26. The logo for the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest is 'Fire Flower', while the motto is Light your fire.
Azerbaijan won the right to host the prestigious European song contest after the victory of Eldar Gasimov and Nigar Jamal (Ell / Nikki) at Eurovision 2011 in Dusseldorf, Germany last May.
