The court decided to arrest member of an armed group that seized the police building in Yerevan Aram Manukyan, his lawyer Inesa Petrosyan told "Armenian News" July 27.
At the moment Pavel Manukyan and his son Aram, members of the group that has been seizing the police regiment in Yerevan, are at Erebuni hospital.
The father and son are charged with seizure of building and transport as well as illegal possession of weapons.
The armed group seized the headquarters of the police and interior troops in Erebuni, Yerevan, July 17, demanding the release of the participant of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, coordinator of the opposition Armenian civil initiative ‘Founding Parliament’ Zhirayr Sefilyan.
