A delegation of Austria, led by the President of the Vienna Chamber of Economy Walter Rook will make a trip to Baku, Azerbaijan, Oct. 19.
Azerbaijan's Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) said on its website Oct. 16 that the Azerbaijan-Austria Business Forum will be held as part of the visit.
The business forum, organized with a support of AZPROMO and supported by Austria's Chamber of Commerce, will be attended by representatives of 16 Austrian companies.
According to Azerbaijan's State Customs Committee (SCC), the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Austria in January-August 2015 was $350.22 million, or 12.97 percent less than the same period in 2014.
Meanwhile, $293.27 million accounted for the export of Azerbaijani goods to Austria.
