By collecting their signatures, million of Azerbaijani citizens insist on the World's acknowledging the Khodjali Genocide. As Trend reports, the above-mentioned was stated during the today's presentation of the book вЂ" Khodjali Genocide: Million of Signatures вЂ" One Demand, where its participants spoke that different Parliaments and Governments worldwide should acknowledge the Khodjali Tragedy.
Political analyst, Vafa Guluzadeh said that lawyers should help the population of Khodjali in their bringing suits against Armenians and demand to compensate financial and moral damage caused by them. The Azerbaijani Government should pose the corresponding task to local lawyers. Akif Naghi, the Chairman of the Organization for Karabakh Liberation (OKL), said that over the whole history, Armenians partially misappropriated Azerbaijani lands.
It was noted during the event that along with the Armenian hangmen who were guilty of the Khodjali Genocide, some Russian Generals and MPs were not stood aloof either.
Several Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations have also joined the campaign called Association of Assistance to Development of Azerbaijan Civil Organizations to Acknowledge Khodjali Genocide.
