Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / During the early hours of the 3 March, military soldier Rovshan Orujov died from burn wounds he received during an explosion which occurred on the night of 26 February at the N military unit located in the military camp of Jeyranbatan city of Sumgayt. Orujov was treated at the Central Military Clinical Hospital.
As a result of the fire that occurred in Orujov's apartment, Orujov's wife Fargana Orujova, as well as their children Nurana, Ayshan and Amrah Orujova died in the fire.
It is presumed that the explosion was a result of a gas leakage. According to the information provided by the Republic Military Prosecutor's Office, a criminal case has been filed as Article 225.2 of the Criminal Code (violation of rules of fire security).
