France, Strasburg, 12 March / Trend corr A. Maharramli/ The Bureau of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will meet in Paris on 13 March. The meeting is expected to discuss issues on Azerbaijan, the CE Secretariat told Trend on 11 March. A report on the visit of co-rapporteurs to Azerbaijan, which lasted from 4 to 8 February, will be delivered.
The issue regarding political prisoners and a new co-rapporteur may be also considered at the meeting. The head of Azerbaijan's delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov is expected to be in attendance.
The meeting will hold discussions on the presidential elections in Serbia, Monaco, Armenia and Russia. Issues regarding the annual report will be discussed with a representative from Kazakhstan's Parliament. After discussions the Bureau will approve the draft agenda for the PACE April session.
