Azerbaijani Opposition Party to Stage Indefinite Rallies
Azerbaijan, Baku, 19 March / Trend corr. S.Ilhamgizi / The Great Establishment Party of Azerbaijan will stage indefinite rallies in front of State Committee on State Property Management- beginning from April, Fazil Gazanfaroglu, Party chairman, stated to Trend .
From 2004, Party appealed repeatedly to the Committee with a request to provide the party with the Headquarter. However, the Party refused from moving into the apartment proposed by the Committee on the 8th micro region in Baku. Gazanfaroglu explained the refusal pertaining to the bad conditions of the apartment.
The party chairman informed that absence of Headquarter hinders Party's functioning on the threshold of presidential elections. The party will stage rallies in front of the Committee until it will be provided with a headquarter. The party will submit an appeal to Baku Executive Power to sanction the rally.
Great Establishment party was established in 2004. In 2005, party received the State registration. The party chairman, Gazanfaroglu is an MP.
