Azerbaijan, Baku, 23 June / Trend / Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree 'On supplements and changes in item 3 of Decree 875 dated to 3 June 2003 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic on application of the Election Code of Azerbaijan (collection of laws of Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, №6, article 281)'. According to the decree, '46.4' shall be removed from the 9th paragraph and a dot at the end of the paragraph shall be replaced by a semicolon.
Moreover, a paragraph shall be added to the item - 'the authorities of adequate administration bodies shall be implemented by local administration jointly with the Interior Ministry and Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan stipulated in the first sentence of Article 46.4 of the Code'.
The decree shall be enacted on the day of signing.
