Azerbaijan, Baku, 20 August / Trend corr. S.Ilhamgizi / Turkish President Abdullah Gul amnestied remanent of the former Premier Minister and ex-chairman of the Rifah party, Necmaddin Erbakan. The information was released by Anadolu agency.
Gul released Erbakan from house arrest due to his long-standing disease and grounded his order on the Article 104 of the Turkish Constitution.
Erbakan's penalty, who was sentenced to house arrest on 26 May 2008, must have been completed on 23 September 2010.
