Germany to allocate 8mln euros to construct 300 houses for Georgian refugees
Georgia, Tbilisi, Dec. 30/ Trend , N. Kirtskhalia/ Germany will allocate Georgia 8mln euros in funds to construct 300 houses for refugees left without homes as the result of Georgia-Russia war in August 2008. It is stipulated in an agreement between governments of Georgia and Germany.
The Georgian government will allot land plots to build houses in Gori. It will also provide the adjacent infrastructure, in particular, water supply, sewerage system, electricity and gas supply and construction of roads for these houses.
The agreement will be ratified between governments of two countries on Dec. 30 at special meeting of the Georgian Parliament.
