Georgia is ready for constructive and fruitful dialogue with Russia, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Jalagoniya said.
"Georgia has no diplomatic relations with Russia. But Tbilisi aims for reconciliation. Both before the August events and after, Georgia has always been ready for constructive and fruitful dialogue [with Russia] under three conditions - Russia's recognition of Georgia's territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence," he said.
Russia's permanent representative to the UN Vitaliy Churkin said he is ready to meet Georgian diplomats and hold a dialogue.
