Russia and Turkey agree that effective measures must be taken to resolve frozen conflicts according to a declaration adopted by the Russian and Turkish presidents in Moscow.
"Acknowledging that stability and security in Eurasia is directly linked with stability in the South Caucasus, the sides agree that effective measures must be taken to resolve frozen conflicts," the declaration said.
The parties appreciate the Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform initiated by Turkey in this context as a sound mechanism to develop trust between the countries engaged in the conflicts, the declaration said.
