Georgia and Bulgaria will sign a cooperation agreement in the postal, electronic communications and information technology sectors on Feb. 20, Georgian Deputy Economic Development Minister Irakli Gachechiladze told journalists.
The third meeting of a Georgian-Bulgarian joint intergovernmental commission was held at the Sheraton Metekhi Palace in Tbilisi on Feb. 19.
The meeting also focused on bilateral cooperation in the trade, transport, communications and defense sectors. Gachechiladze said the agreement will contribute to furthering cooperation.
The draft agreement excludes amending Georgian legislation. No funds are required from the state budget.
