It was snowing during all day in Dedoplistskaro (Eastern Georgia) on April 23. Snow and cold damaged fruit trees, Kakheti information center said. Planting stock of cherry-plum, peach, cherry were slightly frozen.
Snowfall stopped by this time but air temperature does not exceed 5º of warm. It is rare event for Georgia. Air will not be warm over 2º on Sunday. Weather forecaster promises warming in May.
