This year, were detained 70 suspects in various crimes, hiding in the CIS countries, said the deputy chief of head anti-criminality department, police colonel Arzu Dashdamirov said speaking at the board meeting of the Interior Ministry of Azerbaijan.
According to him, over the past 8 months, as a result of investigation activities in Azerbaijan, 1,528 people were detained, including 73 suspects researched by law-enforcement agencies in other countries of CIS.
