The Romanian city of Constanta hosted a meeting of Black Sea country naval commanders as part of BlackSeaFOR. Georgia was represented by Border Police Deputy Chief, Coast Guard Department Director, First Captain Besil Shengelaya.

Participants summed up last year's activities and discussed plans for this year, the Georgia Border Police told Trend.

The sides also discussed events dedicated to the tenth anniversary of BlackSeaFOR, which will be celebrated in Turkey in April 2011.
