A former prisoner has been arrested with a large amount of drugs in Baku.
As a result of operative search operations held by officers of the Binagadi District Police Department's Division on Combating Drugs, 14 kilograms and 150 grams of marijuana were found on previously convicted Rafael Mammadov, Baku City Chief Police Department told Trend.
The case is under investigation.
