President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today cut a ribbon to officially inaugurate a Mugham Center in Horadiz, AzerTAj state news agency reports.
The President was told the construction of the Center began in May, 2010. The 3-storied Center features three buildings. It has 31 classrooms.
The President and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva viewed a sketch model of the Center.
The Head of State and the first lady toured the classrooms where they watched students` training. They also viewed a 320-hall.
The Center also has a 520-seat open air hall.
