A resource center has been inaugurated at the Public Administration Academy here as part of the International Dialogue for Environmental Action campaign initiated by Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva.
The event was attended by Leyla Aliyeva, state and government officials, Academy's administration and students.
Leyla Aliyeva cut a ribbon symbolizing official opening of the center.
Aliyeva was told that high technologies were used here. The center will provide additional opportunities for studies and getting knowledge about the future of the planet.
The center also aims to attract youth to environment-related research, organize trainings meetings and implement environmental education projects.
IDEA campaign has become global. The campaign follows a sustainable development conception and underscores the need for ensuring harmony between development and environment.
Leyla Aliyeva wished every success to the academy`s staff.
