Top Azerbaijani presidential aide voiced opinion on establishment of Russian Union of Azerbaijani Organizations
Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 3 / Trend M. Aliyev /
Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev has voiced his negative attitude towards the establishment of the Russian Union of Azerbaijani organizations.
"I have a negative attitude towards this, because on one hand, this structure does not have any relations with the Diaspora, operating in the regions, and on the other hand, it is obvious that the issues not related to the common interests are being discussed here," he told media today.
Mehdiyev added that the members of this organization have established this organization to meet their personal interests.
He said that even before the establishment of this organization, he has thoroughly talked to one of its organizers and expressed a negative attitude to this fact.
"I see this as a confrontation with the Diaspora, which was formed in Russia," he said. "There is no significance in establishing this organization. These people just pursue their own interests."
