President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited the city of Ganja Feb. 17.
The president started his visit by laying flowers at a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city center.
Head of Ganja City Executive Authority Elmar Valiyev informed President Aliyev about the reconstruction work in the area.
