The first trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Pakistan, Elmar Mammadyarov, Mevlut Cavusoglu and Khawaja Muhammad Asif, kicked off in Baku.
This was announced on the official twitter page of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
“We held very intensive consultations,” said Mammadyarov at a joint press conference with the foreign ministers of Turkey and Pakistan.
Cavusoglu, for his part, noted that the next meeting of the three countries’ ministers will be held in Pakistan in 2018.
