BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 9. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree on awarding Doctor of Art, musician Zemfira Safarova with the Shohrat Order, Trend reports.
According to the decree, the professor was awarded for her longstanding activity in the development of Azerbaijan's musicology.
