BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 17. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree on the recall of Azerbaijan's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Mahir Aliyev to Baku, Trend reports.
Following another presidential order, Elchin Baghirov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the UAE.
