BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 14. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the "Agreement on cooperation in the legal sphere between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic," Trend reports.
According to the decree, the "Agreement on cooperation in the legal sphere between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic," signed on April 24, 2024, in Baku, was approved.
Following the entry into force of this agreement, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the fulfillment of domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of the agreement.
