PACE RAPPORTEUR TO DESIGN A REPORT ON STATE OF REFUGEES IN AZERBAIJAN
A report on the state of refugees in Azerbaijan will be prepared soon.
Gurban Sadykhov, head of the Department on problems of refugees, migration and work with international organizations, said that the materials for the report
will be collected during the forthcoming visit of the PACE committee on migration, refugees, and population, member of the Latvian Seim (parliament), Boris Tsilevich to Baku on 1- 4 July.
Under the visit to Azerbaijan the co-rapporteur will tour the refugee camps, meet with the refugees and internally displaced people, get familiar their living conditions and hold monitoring. A report to be developed as a result of the visit will be submitted to the PACE Committee.
The PACE delegate will hold meetings at different state bodies and offices of international organizations, working with refugees and internally displaced people.
