Safar Abiyev , the Azerbaijani Defense Minister will observe the joint training of the air-raid defense troops of the member countries of the Agreement on establishment of joint air-raid defense system �Battle cooperation - 2005’, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Trend.
Abiyev with his CIS counterparts will observe shooting of the third stage of the training on the ground Ashuluk of the 42nd training center in the Astrakhan province, Russia, on 30 August.
The training will be observed by Sergey Ivanov, the Russian Defense Minister, Leonid Maltsev, Belarus, Serj Sarkisan, Armenia, Vladimir Mikhaylov, the commander-in-chief of the Russian Air Forces. Abiyev is expected to hold exchange of opinion with some of them.
