SARDAR DENKTASH: WE DO NOT REQUIRE MUCH FROM AZERBAIJANI STATE

Meeting with the delegation of the Turkish Republic of the Northern Cyprus (TRNC) took place on 30August at the State Committee on work with the Azerbaijanis, residing abroad. Chairman of the State Committee Nazim Ibragimov and the TRNC Foreign Minister, deputy Prime Minister

Sardar Denktash held a talk, and then replied the questions of the Media, Trend reports.

Sardar Denktash thanked Ibragimov for the invitation. He said, he appreciates highly the first visit to Azerbaijan. He also noted a brave action of the government of Azerbaijan. В"The principal issue for us is friendship and fraternity of people of TRNC and Azerbaijan. We will never forget the meeting with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham and a warm talk with him. This move of the Azerbaijan’s state may become one of the most important steps for the solution of the TRNC problem and this bravery must be the example for all countries”, Sardar Denktash noted. He said, they want nothing from Azerbaijan, except for the current warm relations, they have no right to demand from Azerbaijan to recognize the Northern Cyprus. В"We do not want problems for Azerbaijan”, the TRNC official representative said.

Innumerous representatives of the media of Azerbaijan and TRNC participated in the meeting.
