For today five members of the New Azerbaijan party (YAP) are running up for by-elections on 13 May 2006 independently, the head of the YAP press service told Trend.
He noted, under the decision of YAP, the organization will be represented in 10 constituencies, where the elections will be held. В"The party has not taken any official decision to participate in the elections. Some of the party members are running up for by-elections independently, Pashayev said.
