The book was issued at the initiative of the executive secretariat of the New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) on the eve of the 14th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, the press service of the party told Trend.
The editor of the book is prominent journalist Aslan Aslanov. Introduction was written by Ali Ahmadov, the executive secretary of NAP, deputy chairman of the party.
The author of the book, writer Sabir Shakhtakhty wrote about serious crimes and brutalities, committed by the Armenian forces with the help of 366th soviet regiment in Khojaly. The author included painful recollection by the residents of Khojaly, who faced with torture in the Armenian captivity, and create dramatic characters on the base of facts. Photos reflecting the Khojaly genocide and copies of manuscripts by our counterparts, subjected to hard torture in the Armenian captivity, are also included into the book.
