Observers from the opposition caused agiotage in Second Surakhani polling station 31 during the re-run parliamentary elections on 13 May, Imran Iasgandarov, the chairman of the district constituency told Trend.
He noted that the observers assert on lack of 100 ballot papers polling station 24. I cam to the station with CEC members and clarified that it does to coincide to reality, he said, but avoided to present exact data on party members of the observers.
According to Isgandarov, the local and international observers who are observing the polls have not fixed any violation.
