The school directors who can not fulfill their responsibilities will be dismissed from their positions, the Azerbaijani Education Minister, Misir Mardanov, briefed the media, Trend reports.
According to the Minister, the directors of the 8 secondary schools have already been dismissed from their positions for shortfalls in their activities. A relevant decision was made as a result of the inspection held jointly by the Education Ministry and Baku Education Department in 42 schools of Baku.
The shortfalls include the facts of the low control of the education process, and low level of the attendance of the students. The Ministry has given severe reprimand with the final warning to the directors of 7 schools and directors of 10 schools received reprimands and regular warnings.
The Ministry intends to continue this action, Mardanov said.
