CIS Prime Ministers Signed Documents on Cooperation Expansion

In a result of the sitting of the Council of Prime-Ministers of CIS Member-States held in Minks, a number of documents on cooperation expansion have been signed by the CIS Prime-Ministers, Trend reports referring to RBK.

An agreement on harmonizing requirements to additional training and professional competency of international auto transport carriers of CIS countries was signed. Year 2007-2010 programme on cooperation between CIS countries on the struggle against human trafficking, as well as a strategy on cooperation between CIS member-states in the sphere of informatization were approved. A decision on assigning funds on the installation and development of the united system of the air-raid defence of CIS countries for 2007 was approved.

Mikhail Fradkov, Russian Prime-Minister, said that CIS countries have all reserves to increase the efficiency of their activity within the Commonwealth. He also said that the potential of the cooperation should be realized within the interest of each CIS country. Mr. Fradkov emphasized that Russia realized the role and responsibilities within all the integration processes within the Commonwealth. We are not going to be friends against somebody within CIS, he said.

The Russian Premier-Minister welcomes everything that includes respectful relations within the interests of each CIS country.

During the above-mentioned meeting, Azerbaijan was represented by Arthur Rasizadeh, Prime-Minister.
