Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on conferring high military ranks to military men of the Azerbaijan Emergency Situations Ministry, Trend reports.
By the Presidential order, Col. Ilham Abdullayev, Chief of the central Department of the Organization of Elimination of Emergency Situations and Etibar Husseynov, Commander-in-Chief of the Azerbaijan Civil Defence Forces were conferred with the Rank of Colonel-General.
