Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr K. Zarbaliyeva / Due to the improvement of the Civil Code of Azerbaijan, the task group is to meet on 12-16 March to consider the projects based on the suggestions of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, Milli Mejlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) and the lawyers.
Gherbert Mayer, the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Land Court of Stuttgart in Germany, Matias Noymayr, the Europe Council expert and the Judge of the Supreme Court of Austria, the representatives from the Presidential Executive Committee, from the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal, from the German Technical Cooperation Association are to participate in the discussions.
Some articles are suggested to be added to the Code. Once the Bill is ready it will be presented for consideration of Milli Mejlis.
