Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Alizade / The member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and also member of Azerbaijan Parliament's Security and Defence Commission, Siyavush Novruzov, said that irrespective of the demands of NATO, the Defense Minister of Azerbaijan can not be considered a civil person.
" Azerbaijan is under the condition of war and 20% of the Country's territories have been occupied by Armenia. The Defense Minister of Azerbaijan can not be considered as civil person unless the conflict is settled," he said.
According to Novruzov, official Baku does not consider this issue.
