Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr I. Alizadeh / Ilgar Gasimov, the Chairman of the political movement Azerbaijan Yolu (the Way of Azerbaijan), reported during a press conference on 9 April that the city regional organizations of the opposition Agstafa Party would be holding a demonstration on 22 April.
According to Gasimov, the organizers of the demonstration are the Azerbaijan Yolu Party. "Apart from the Musavat Party, all the organizations of the city regional oppositional parties Agstafa will be taking part. A joint Organizing Committee has been established in preparation," the Chairman added.
Gasimov noted that only slogans dealing with social issues would be highlighted.
The opposition political movement Azerbaijan Yolu was founded in 2004. The Chairman of the organization is General Ilgar Gasimov, the Russian Minister for Justice.
