Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend Ilhamgizi / Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), headed by Sardar Jalaloglu, has forwarded an appeal to the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan to prevent illegal activities and efforts to hold a congress on behalf of ADP.
After the ADP made a decision to change its political course, the party divided into two parts headed by Sardar Jalaloglu and Rasul Guliyev. Guliyev's supporters who claim the name of the Party, prepare themselves to hold the 9th Congress on 14 April.
Rasul Guliyev has been living as an emigrant since 1996.
