Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Ilhamgizi / The lawsuit of the leader of Azadlyg Party against the chairman of the State Committee on Management of State Property, Karim Hasanov, will be considered in Khatai District Court in 31 August, Ahmad Oruj, the chairman of the Azadlyg aprty has said.
The lawsuit was brought due to the State Committee does not allocate head-quarter to the party.
Bahram Shukurov, the judge, will chair the trial.
