Representatives of the Azerbaijani government plan to hold meetings with Azerbaijani students studying in the United States, Russia and Turkey, Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov said at a meeting with Azerbaijanis studying in London.
"We believe that it is better to listen to you, to learn about your problems and to find solutions to them," he said. "Your active participation in these meetings is important for us. We plan to hold similar meetings with Azerbaijani students studying in the United States, Russia and Turkey."
A delegation including Rahimov, SOFAZ Executive Director Shahmar Movsumov, Presidential Administration department head Elnur Aslanov and Deputy Education Minister Elmar Gasimov are on a visit England to discuss the implementation of the state program on the education of Azerbaijani youth in foreign countries for 2007-2015, the ministry reported.
