On October 14, 2016 a round table of HR managers was arranged at the "Excelsior Hotel & Spa Baku".
The round table was attended by HR specialists from different business organizations, namely, AtaHolding" HR Specialist Aysel Mammadova, head of HR division of “AtaBank” OJSC Ulviyya Maharramova, “Excelsior Hotel & Spa Baku" HR manager Kamran Rzayev, Tamiz Shahar HR manager Sabuhi Ismayilov, “Landmark Hotel Baku” HR manager Azad Asgarov, "Park İnn " HR manager Elnara Gurbanova, “AtaInsurance” HR manager Nurana Azizova, AtaTechnology HR manager Konul Rzayeva and others.
The event covered discussions of staff involvement to the work, contemporary methods of motivation, prevention of employee turnover, staff development and staff incentive methods.
