Iranian judo team is arriving in Baku to pass training for gatherings due on March 10.
According to the chief coach of the Azerbaijani combined team, joint training would be of use to his players. Considering, that competitors from Iran are among the strongest in the world of Judo and are well known for winning the highest honors on the championships. We need this kind of gatherings the most, as this season would be really hard for the athletes. Despite, there is no championship on schedule this year, sparring with the Iranian team can not be overestimated, the coach noted.
Azerbaijani team comprised of four athletes visited Norway last week, where they have conducted fruitful common gatherings with the athletes from Scandinavia.
