One of the main priorities of the plan of actions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan in the near future is to ensure modern and flexible management of services for the population, increase the transparency of the activities of structures, Trend reports citing ministry.
Work is underway to digitalize public services in the areas of labor, employment and social protection in order to ensure transparency and efficiency in the provision of services to citizens, ministry noted.
"Relevant information systems are being formed and it is also planned to introduce additional actions to ensure innovative management using information technologies," ministry said.
DOST (Agency for Sustainable and Operational Social Security) Digital Innovation Center under the Ministry has developed a plan to increase the number of mobile applications, expand coverage and provide convenient access to electronic services in accordance with the goals set in the work plan.
