The Kristal Absheron construction company, operating in Azerbaijan, plans in the near future to fully complete implementation of the Kristal Towers construction project in Baku, a source in the company told Trend.
This includes construction of a premium class building, according to the source.
“The company plans to commission the premium class project, Kristal Towers, at the end of 2019,” the source added. “It includes apartments with view to the boulevard and the city. During the construction, special moisture-proof and heat-insulating building materials, as well as accessories of leading European brands were used. Kristal Towers with a height of 16 floors is being built taking into account all the requirements of the premium segment.”
The apartments of the building have wooden windows made in Italy, with an aluminum double-chamber outer layer and a triple 8 millimeter insulating glass, resistant to noise and cold, according to the source.
Apartments with ceilings 3.5 meters high are bigger than standard sizes, and the complex also has KONE elevators manufactured in Finland, the source said.
The source also noted that the construction site is located next to the Dunyagoz clinic, and has panoramic view to the city and the boulevard.
The Kristal Absheron construction company has been operating in the Azerbaijani market since 2003.
The company has implemented a number of construction projects in Baku, in particular in the Yeni Gunashli settlement, around the Memar Ajami subway, on Azadlig Avenue, in the 9th microdistrict and other parts of the capital.
