Ukraine's Sumy NPO JSC (Sumy Machine-Building Scientific Production Association) has shipped a batch of equipment, including an adsorber weighing 63 tons, under the project of modernization of the Mubarek Gas Processing Plant in Uzbekistan, Trend reports citing the press service of the company.
"The equipment of the booster line of the propane-butane mixture preparation plant has already been shipped. The customer has received 10 railroad platforms, two railroad transporters for large-size cargo and five trucks with compressor and process equipment, including a C-16 gas compressor unit, supply system units, oil cooler unit, ventilation system unit, etc," said the report.
Mubarek Gas Processing Plant was put into operation in 1971. Its processing capacity is 30 billion cubic meters of natural gas and over 570,000 tons of gas condensate per year.
In total, three gas processing enterprises operate in Uzbekistan: Mubarek Gas Processing Plant, Shurtan Gas Processing Plant and Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex. Construction of the Ustyurt Gas Chemical Complex based on the Surgil field is scheduled for completion in September of 2020.
