Azerbaijan, Baku, 1 August / Trend / The amount of insurance premiums, collected by Standard Insurance company from January to June 2008, made AZN 9.02mln, the company said on 1 August.
This figure is 18.72% more than the same figures of the first half-year in 2007.
According to the results of the market investigation held by the company in the last months, Standard Insurance company devised a plan of development of produce bars. In accordance with this plan, which aims at involving large circle of clients, express insurance products will be submitted to the market. ESkart77, the product of automobile express insurance was introduced firstly from these products.
At present, authorized capital of Standard Insurance amounts to AZN 8mln. The company intends to increase this amount by the end of 2008. Currently, the company's capital reached AZN 13mln.
Standard Insurance has two regional offices and large agential network in the capital and the regions of the country.
