"The US Government knows that one of main objectives of the Azerbaijani Government is to develop non-oil field of economy. We also know that small entrepreneurship stimulates development of strong economy," Derse said.
Great successes in development of non-oil field can be achieved through development of small and medium business and it is necessary to create favorable conditions in this connection.
It is important to preserve copyrights as one of main milestones of efficient development of business and only independent system of rights protection can manage it.
"Creation of competitive environment in the country can stimulate development of entrepreneurship," the Ambassador said.
