The National Entrepreneurship Support Fund under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development' held the 27-th meeting 'State support of development of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijani regions in guba-Khachmaz economic region on September 11. About 90 loans worth 5 million manat were given during this meeting, the ministry said.
These loan resources were given to entrepreneurs from Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz and Siyazan economic regions via six authorized loan organizations. Financing of projects owing to given preferential loans promotes opening of more than 170 new jobs.
Participants of the meeting also got familiarized with cool-houses constructed by Bakuba and Zem-Zem in Guba region, Aqrolayn in Gusar region and entrepreneur Rovshan Sharifov in Khachmaz. Complexes to keep fruits, vegetables and other food with capacity of 2,000 tons each are being constructed owing to preferential loans given by the fund.
Totally the fund approved financing of 12 proposals within tender for construction of warehouses. There are six projects in Guba-Khachmaz region, four - in Aran, one in Ganja-Gazakh and one in Lankaran economic regions.
The fund has given preferential loans to 1,400 entrepreneurs worth 75 million manat via authorized loan organizations from early 2009. Financing of projects via preferential loans will promote to open about 5,500 new jobs.
The National Entrepreneurship Support Fund also held the next training 'Preparation and estimation of investment projects given by entrepreneurs to get preferential loans owing to the fund' on September 11. Over 400 entrepreneurs participated in the training dedicated to estimation of investment projects given by entrepreneurs, drawing up business-plans, use of preferential loans.
On September 11, the official exchange rate is 0.8033 manat to $1.
