In May, the prices on the market of commercial facilities of Baku fell by 3 percent, public organization Participants of Property Market said.
"The reason for decrease in proposals in last month was season passivity," said in the report.
In May, stabilization of prices was observed on the market of commercial facilities and rental market non-residential facilities, as prices of non-residential facilities have fallen in price by only 0.4 percent and the rental of commercial facilities - by 0.3 percent.
The average price of non-residential facility in Baku in May amounted to 2,958 dollars compared to 2,970 dollars per square meter in April. The prices dropped 0.4 percent compared to the previous quarter, 3.1 percent compared to the same period of 2008.
The prices in the zones of the city fell by 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.6 percent respectively. The rise in prices last month was not observed in any of the districts of Baku, and the most significant decrease was observed in Sabunchi district at 0.9 percent.
The share of commercial facilities, proposed on the market below the average price comprised 54.2 percent of the total market portfolio.
